Tim Turner et al. were able to convene a Convention of states in 2011 (a quorum of 34 states is required) based on each of those states having seated, at minimum, these 5 state officials: *One records keeper *One executive branch official *One judicial branch official *Two legislative branch officials, which includes one senator & one representative
